Contradictory replies from the state power bodies

YACONTO LLC received a Letter (out. №7/3-2491-02 of 31.10.2012) from the General Prosecutor's Office of RF. They inform that, according to the Statement of YACONTO LLC (out. №120815-A01 of 15.08.2012), received from the Presidential Administration, the General Prosecutor's Office continues to inspect bankruptcy and forced liquidated of Atommash OJSC and other matters. Strange, though - contents of the Letter from the General Prosecutor's Office and the Letter from the Presidential Directorate (out. №A26-02-564690 of 27.09.2012) to YACONTO LLC contradict each other.

YACONTO’s Statement to the Guarantor of Constitution of RF Putin V.V.

YACONTO LLC has addressed the Russian President Vladimir Putin with a reasoned Complaint (out. №120924-A01 of 24.09.2012). But we received a strange letter from the RF Presidential Administration (out. №A26-02-564690 of 27.09.2012). It says literally: "Your mail in written form to the President of Russian Federation has been reviewed. We would like to inform you that your appeal ref. №120815-A01 of August 15th, 2012 has not been received by the Presidential Directorate for correspondence from citizens and organizations”. But YACONTO LLC never wrote to that Department in the first place. Hence, the mysterious disappearance of the Statement of YACONTO LLC (out. №120815-A01 of 15.08.2012), addressed to the Russian President, from the Presidential Executive Office and the 3 (three) letters of trivial and casuistic content YACONTO LLC received from the state authorities, prompted YACONTO LLC to appeal to the Guarantor of Russian Constitution with a Statement (out. №121009-A01 of 09.10.2012) with information about anti-state activity of corrupt officials, so that according actions can be taken against them.

Russian President's Solomonic reply - through the mouth of a Major

In response to the Statement of YACONTO LLC (out. №120815-A01 of 15.08.2012), addressed to Russian President Vladimir Putin, instead of answers on the merits, we received a strange Letter from the North Caucasian Federal District Headquarters of the Investigative Committee of Russian Federation (out. №301/23-4686-12 of 05.09.2012), which was addressed to a physical person, and not the President of YACONTO LLC. This Letter became a basis for YACONTO LLC to address the Guarantor of Russian Constitution with a Complaint (out. №120924-А01 of 24.09.2012). Bastards surrounding Vladimir Putin know very well, what would happen to them if the President learns the shocking details of the "behind the scenes" conspiracy and participation of those corrupt mongrels in the deliberate disruption of the investigation of Atommash OJSC premeditated bankruptcy.

YACONTO LLC appealed to Russian President Vladimir Putin with a Statement (out. №120815-А01 of 15.08.2012). The grounds for addressing the Guarantor of Constitution of Russian Federation were set by cynical formal replies sent by Rosimuschestvo (out. №DP-13/26669 of 13.07.2012 and out. №13/30986 of 03.08.2012) of anti-state content, in response to justified Statements of YACONTO LLC (out. №120614-A01 of 14.06.2012 and out. №120702-A01 of 02.07.2012) regarding restoration of the status-quo of Russia's nuclear engineering flagship Atommash OJSC through the implementation of Project-A.

"YA - ATOMMASH" book in the Library of Congress

In 1987 the "Plakat" publishing house (USSR, Moscow) published a book "YA - ATOMMASH" ("I am Atommash") in 25000 copies. The well-illustrated 176-page Book describes the construction of the nuclear engineering flagship Atommash in the Soviet Union, its production activities and influence on the socio-economic life of the Volgodonsk city of Rostov region. A copy of the "YA - ATOMMASH" book is available at the Library of Congress, code DK651.V557 |18 1987.

As officially suggested by State Corporation for Nuclear Energy "Rosatom" (out. №1-13/12160 of 06.04.2012) regarding restoration of the status quo of Russia's nuclear engineering flagship Atommash OJSC through the implementation of Project-A, YACONTO LLC has submitted 2 (two) Statements to the Federal Agency for State Property Management - "Rosimuschestvo": ref. №120614-A01 from 14.06.2012 and ref. №120702-A01 from 02.07.2012.
